1. Your reservation
A reservation is confirmed when we receive your deposit of 30% of the retreat price and send written confirmation. The balance is due 60 days before the start date. If you book within 60 days of departure, the full price is due at booking.
2. Prices
Prices are per person in euros and include the items listed under 'What's included' on each retreat page. They don't include flights, travel insurance or items listed as not included.
3. Cancellation by you
— More than 60 days before departure: move your dates once free of charge, or cancel for a refund minus a €150 administration fee.
— 60 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total price is non-refundable.
— Fewer than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total price is non-refundable.
— You may transfer your place to another person free of charge up to 14 days before departure.
4. Cancellation by us
We may cancel a departure if minimum numbers aren't reached (at least 45 days before departure) or for reasons beyond our control. You'll be offered a full refund or a free transfer to another date.
5. Travel insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses and repatriation is a condition of booking. For mountain retreats it must include mountain rescue up to 3,000 m.
6. Health & fitness
You agree to read the retreat's effort rating and to complete our health form honestly. Our guides may ask a guest to sit out an activity for safety reasons.
7. Liability
We take reasonable care in selecting our partners and guides. Our liability is limited as permitted by law.
