Template guide

01

Change the logo

One component, used everywhere.

1. Open Assets → Components → Logo.

2. Pick the Wordmark variant and type your name, or the Image variant to drop in an SVG/PNG.

3. Navbar, footer and every page update automatically.

Tip

Keep the logo under 32 px tall in the navbar.

02

Change the colours

Colour styles rebrand the whole site.

1. Open Assets → Colors.

2. Edit Brand / Primary and Brand / Accent first, then the Surface and Text styles.

3. Nothing on the site is hard-coded — every frame uses these styles.

Tip

Keep text on surfaces at 4.5:1 contrast or above (WCAG AA).

03

Change the fonts

Text styles control every word.

1. Open Assets → Text.

2. Change the font on the Display, Heading and Body styles — they cascade everywhere.

3. Keep a monospace for Label styles (eyebrows and captions), or swap it.

Tip

Each heading style has Desktop, Tablet and Phone sizes — check all three.

04

Add a retreat and its dates

CMS collections, all linked.

1. CMS → Retreats → New item: name, type, place, hosts, rest and effort levels, gallery and copy.

2. CMS → Rooms and Day Moments: add items and pick the retreat they belong to.

3. CMS → Departures → New item: pick the retreat, set dates, price and status.

Tip

Status options — Open, Few spots, Waitlist, Sold out — each has its own badge.

05

Connect your forms

Reserve, Private, Contact and the newsletter use native Framer forms.

1. Select a form → Send To: email, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, HubSpot or a webhook.

2. Keep the redirect set to /thank-you.

3. Test each form once after publishing.

06

Use your booking tool

Optional external booking per departure.

1. Each Departure has a Booking Link field (it points to /reserve by default).

2. Paste a Stripe Payment Link, Bókun, FareHarbor or Checkfront link to send guests straight to checkout.

3. Turn on New Tab for external links.

Tip

Mix both: payment links for open dates, the reserve form for waitlists.

07

SEO settings

Titles, descriptions and social images.

1. Site settings → General: site title, description, favicon and social image.

2. Each page → Page settings: title and description.

3. CMS pages use the item's title and summary automatically — edit them in Page settings.

08

Publishing checklist

Before you go live.

1. Replace every demo photo, name and testimonial with your own.

2. Have the legal pages reviewed by a lawyer.

3. Connect your domain and run Framer's optimisation report.

4. Test forms and booking links on phone and desktop.
